Cookie Policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026
The short version: FC Sensei sets no cookies. There is no sign-in, no advertising and no cookie-based analytics, which is why there is no cookie banner. This page explains what the site does keep on your device instead.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website can store in your browser. Related technologies, like localStorage, let a site keep small amounts of data on your device. Here only localStorage is used, to make the site work and remember your progress — not to track you.
Cookies we use
None. FC Sensei sets no cookies, first-party or third-party.
Local storage we use
To make the site fast and keep your progress, we store some data in your browser's localStorage. This is not a cookie and is never sent to us — it stays on your device:
- A cache of player and wonderkid data you've viewed, so pages load quickly and work between visits.
- The squad you're building in the Squad Builder.
- Today's progress in Guess the Wonderkid.
The Privacy Policy covers the rest of what we do with data.
Measuring page views without cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are worth writing more of. It is deliberately cookieless — it sets nothing in your browser and stores nothing on your device. It also can't identify you or follow you to other sites.
What we don't use
- No sign-in or session cookies.
- No analytics or measurement cookies.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Managing local storage
You're always in control. You can clear localStorage through your browser settings at any time. Doing so is safe — at most, the site will forget the squad you were building and today's puzzle progress, and rebuild its cache on your next visit.
Changes to this policy
When our use of cookies or local storage changes, we'll update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above — before the change reaches the site, not after.
