Elite traits: Dribbling 88, Passing 80
The Sensei Score (v2) starts from a player's potential ceiling, adds a bonus for the growth headroom they still have, trims a point for each year over 19, then adds a point for each attribute already at 80 or above (up to 3) — so the youngest prospects with the most room to improve, who are already elite at something, rise to the top.

Sensei's take
Outstanding dribbling (88) is the standout; physical (65) — well behind the rest. An 88 ceiling is close enough to reach inside a season or two at 21.
